What counts as a "run"?

A run is one onboarding (or offboarding) journey for one onboardee. If you onboard ten new clients this month, that is ten runs. A run starts when triggered and ends when every step is terminal.

Can I bring my own SendGrid / Twilio / Stripe?

Yes, on Growth and Scale. Plug in your own credentials and emails / SMS / payments flow through your accounts. Free plan uses our platform credentials and our sender domain.

What does white-label mean?

On Scale, you map a sub-domain (e.g. onboard.youragency.com) to your workspace. Your onboardees never see OnboardWannabe branding. Logos, colors, sender email. All yours.

Is the AI agent lifecycle template included?

Yes. Sold under AI Wannabe branding, runs on the OnboardWannabe engine. Same template format, same playbook editor, designed specifically for the AI agent operational lifecycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from settings or email us. In-flight runs continue to completion; you just stop being billed.
